Ordering information
Orders are shipped within 5 business days of placement, pending credit approval. We are unable to ship on weekends and federal holidays; your order will be sent the following business day for regular ground shipping. Orders will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. We do not ship to PO boxes. We are unable to split shipments between addresses. Please place multiple orders if you need merchandise to be shipped to two or more locations. Our shipping and handling charges cover the expenses of processing, carefully packing, and delivering your order to you in a timely fashion.

Giant Hawk Media is committed to protecting your privacy. The information we collect is only used to process your order. We wil never pass along your personal information or order details to outside parties unless it relates to the fulfillment of your order.
Security
All transactions on www.gianthawk.com take place via secure server link encryptions through PayPal. Credit/debit card information is not stored on our database.

Returns
Because we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of all regularly priced merchandise for exchange or refund if it is post marked within 14 days of your receipt of the product. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. No credits or exchanges will be issued if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear. Sales merchandise cannot be returned. Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee and return shipment cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items not post marked within the return period will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. If your return does not meet the above return criteria, it will be shipped back at your expense.
