I am the oldest one in the group (in case you couldn't tell by the picture). I've been in the media business for 25 years, including stints as an editor at The Detroit Free Press and The Savannah Morning News. I am the former managing editor of The Island Packet and former editor-in-chief of Hilton Head Monthly. I have also taught newswriting and mass media law and ethics at the university level.

I'm very excited to be working with this incredible creative group of media professionals.
